Thread: Login by Email Address instead of Username

Members,

I've made some recent changes to our company site, one major change was the login process now requires your email address instead of username.

From today forward the login process is different;

Previously you logged in using:
- Username
- Password

Now you are required to login differently:
- Email Address
- Password

This would explain why I was having so much trouble.

Why yes it would, although to be fair I did change it to say Email instead of Username in the actual login box... and posts within this forum are moderated for approval so why it took a little bit before it showed up .

Your the first to post on the forums in a while honestly, we handle everything in projects and emails I tend to forget and post unless it's something important like the change.

I've also changed our cookie prefix as of today, if you experience any issues logging into the site, simply clear your cookies and you should be able to login fine.
