I don't even know where to begin to express my absolute and complete confidence in Mr. Miller's customer service and expertise with his knowledge of vBulletin. He's always gone above and beyond the call of duty with exceptional pricing. His commitment to customer satisfaction and providing the best service is second to none. Mr. Miller is a joy to work with. He listens and understands your needs and what you want for your community, and he follows through. He's also generous enough to leave you little surprises, such as cute icons. All work I've requested has been done as promised and on time. We are changing up my website again in December and Mr. Miller will be spearheading this effort as well. I won't have anybody else touch my forum.
While this is Mr. Miller's business, he is always conscientious about your budget and provides you with options. I especially appreciate his willingness to teach me about my software and his encouragement for me to try new things with it. He has wonderful resources here that we all should utilize. I can proudly say that Innovation by Instinct and Christian Paper Crafts has a longstanding relationship that I hope continues for years. I'd be lost without him.
